You retain ownership of any content or contributions you post in the Community. However, by submitting content, you grant Root Financial a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for Community or marketing related purposes.
Root Financial does not verify or endorse user-generated content and disclaims all liability arising from its use or interpretation.
5. Privacy
Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information. You agree not to post any personal data, sensitive financial information, or confidential materials in the Community.
6. No Endorsements or Testimonials
Comments or experiences shared within the Community should not be interpreted as endorsements or testimonials. No member has been paid, prompted, or compensated in exchange for their statements. All content reflects the views of the individual contributors.
7. Eligibility
Access to the Community is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have been explicitly invited or approved by Root Financial. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our sole discretion.
8. Changes to Terms

The Community is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Root Financial disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Root Financial is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your participation in the Community or reliance on its content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
